RoadCraft K2 Cycle race

RoadCraft is proud to sponsor one of NZ's most demanding one day cycle races - the 2009 RoadCraft K2.  Set to take place on October 31st 2009 on the Coromandel peninsula, the one-day challenge will see over 1, 600 riders stretch their limbs and push their bodies to the limit.

RoadCraft, will continue to support this event by offering a partnership built on the pursuit of adventure and celebration of all things kiwi.

Organised by Adventure Racing Coromandel (ARC), the RoadCraft K2 is an iconic event aptly showcasing some of the country's more unique and rugged scenery. Riders challenge themselves on 192km of roads near sub tropical forest, pacific coastlines, rural farmland and the Puhutakawa coastline of the Hauraki Gulf. This year, the race will start in Whitianga and travel in an anticlockwise direction through Coromandel Thames, Tairua and back to Whitianga.

Building on the success of last year, there's no doubt the 2009 RoadCraft K2 will definitely be one to remember. As proud sponsors of such an inspiring event, RoadCraft encourage you to don your lycra too and get involved in one of New Zealands toughest races. To participate in the RoadCraft K2, register your interest with Adventure Racing Coromandel (ARC).

Pretty picture

Campervanning in the US is all about big. The maximum motorhome length permitted on US roads is 45ft (13.7m) but in some states you can 'triple tow' up to a maximum of 75ft (22.8m) – as long as the third vehicle is a boat.
